Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

ART is a brief, evidence-based psychotherapy that used eye movements and guided visualization to help individuals process and resolve traumatic memories and emotional distress. By changing the way distressing memories are stored in the brain, ART allows clients to achieve rapid relief without needing to talk in detail about the trauma.

Couples and Individual Counseling

We offer compassionate and confidential counseling services for both individuals and couples, tailored to support personal growth and relationship well-being.

OUR TEAM

Angela Lamb is a fully-licensed CMHC and LPC.  She is a seasoned professional who enjoys coming alongside people of all ages and backgrounds.  With an unwavering belief in people, their resiliency, and their immense worth, her hope is to empower every client to find his or her strengths and use those strengths to make desired change.  She looks forward to partnering with you as you discover your gifts and unleash your very best self.  Everyone undergoes challenges and setbacks — But also, we can improve upon our circumstances and overcome even the most difficult of experiences.  Each client has their own unique story, but sometimes we encounter writer’s block.  She likes to remind people that they are the authors, and the quill resides in their hands.
